Four Passion Meets Malta

I am so excited about Malta! Absolutely in love with this place! I was lucky to get the flight twice this summer and spend more time to explore the city! I enjoyed a walk in Mdina with an ice cream in my hands wandering around the small streets until I took a rest with an amazing view of the endless blue sea and sky as well as a glass of local white wine! Then with a lovely company and a growing appetite for dinner, I moved on to Valetta from where I filled my eyes with the magical sunset and my ears with great classical music from local street artists playing the guitar and violin next to the restaurant where I tasted local dishes! I tried the pasta with ricotta and sundried tomatoes - typical Maltese combination! The second time I visited Malta, I explored the St.Julians area where I had quality seafood (lambuki), white wine (typical of me) and waffle ice-cream (sweet lover). This time I enjoyed with "me myself and I" a walk around the bay and the reading of my book for hours next to the waves... How much I liked these moments and how much I wish I go back to this blessed land! See you soon Malta! Dimi...
